Sample jars are mounted on a planetary disc and revolve around the disc axis while simultaneously spinning on their own axes(1:2 gear ratio). Inside each jar, grinding media impart five combined force modes: pulsation(group sliding/compression), cataracting(impact drop), circulation(rolling), cascade(frictional flow), and centrifugation — achieving mixing, fine grinding, mechanical alloying, nano-dispersion and homogenization. The planetary main disc uses oil-immersed sealed gears(Patent ZL 2014 2 0375569.1) and a noise-isolation system, achieving <60 dB at 3 m.
