Air passes through a filter and an electric heater into a hot-air distributor at the top of the drying chamber, entering as a uniform spiral flow. Filtered feed liquid is pumped to a centrifugal spray head(Φ80 mm disc) at the chamber top, which atomizes it into very fine droplets. Co-current with hot air, 95–98% of moisture evaporates in seconds and the droplets dry to granular product. Wet exhaust is collected by a cyclone separatorΦ219 and vented outdoors via the induced-draft fan.
