SED-20KZJ-D — Fully Automatic Bundling / Strapping Machine for Long Pouch Products

Pouches arrive on the input conveyor with the bottom forward and drop onto a lower secondary belt, landing upright. A counting-and-collection station groups 8 pouches on the belt. A dual-clamp transfer mechanism shuttles the group onto the strapping platform inside the OPP-tape frame. The platform descends so the bundle is at the strapping position; the machine applies the OPP film strap. After strapping, the platform rises and the second clamp pushes the finished bundle onto the output conveyor while simultaneously accepting the next group.
