SED-20FS-B Universal Crusher with high-efficient dust-collecting design. Uses a wind-impeller high-speed rotating blade against a fixed gear ring for impact, shearing and grinding. Materials enter through the feed hopper
مبدأ العمل
Wind-impeller high-speed rotor blade impacts and shears against a fixed gear ring; relative motion between movable blade disk and fixed gear disk plus material-on-material attrition crushes the feed. Strong negative-pressure airflow from the induced-draft fan pulls finished product through a sized screen mesh into a collector; ultra-fine dust is captured in a side bag filter. Note: the English manual lists spindle speed as 4500 r/min while the Chinese spec sheet lists 5300 r/min — sources disagree.
