Operator(or automatic mold conveyor) presents a mold beneath the heated depositor head. The servo-driven piston meters a fixed dose of melted product into one row of cavities; the mold indexes to the next row, and the cycle repeats. Heater jacket holds product at the set 30–120 °C temperature. PLC touch-screen manages temperature, servo timing, and nozzle direction.
