Fully automatic powder hydraulic press (four-column design). Multi-cavity mold capability with pressure hold, computer-controlled electrical system (auto/manual modes), and acrylic safety enclosures with door interlock.
مبدأ العمل
Material is fed into the cavity mold via the auxiliary(sub) cylinder. The main hydraulic cylinder applies up to 25 MPa(200T force) to press the powder into shape. The slider is guided by four columns with column guide bushings. Hydraulic system uses dual-pump supply with oil filtration and pressure regulation; PLC times the cycle, supporting fixed-pressure(with hold and delayed return) or fixed-stroke modes. Machine body: upper cross-beam, slider work table, columns, locking nuts, adjustment nuts, base. Upper and lower oil cylinders are forged 45# steel; sub-cylinder feeds material.
