Pre-made pouches are stacked in the magazine and lifted onto an 8-station rotary platform.(1) Bag pickup by suction cups;(2) date coding by ribbon coder;(3) bag opening by top + bottom suction cups(also zipper open if needed); (4–5) two-stage fill by piston dosers fed from horizontal stir+heat tanks loaded by diaphragm pumps;(6–7) two-pass heat sealing;(8) shaping and output. Photoeyes at the open station gate the downstream actions to skip empty bags or unfilled bags. Siemens S7-200 PLC + SMART 700 IE V3 HMI coordinates motion via the JCSA67 main motor with Anbangxin VFD.
