مبدأ العمل
Operator manually places product into the tank-track conveyor chain. A photoeye detects each product; the cartoner then suction-opens a carton from the magazine and transports it. When product and carton align, a pusher inserts the product into the carton; the box is conveyed forward where glue is applied(cold-glue or optional hot-melt) and the end tongues are closed. PLC + servo/stepper + HMI controls all motions. No-product-no-suction logic conserves cartons. Auto-stop on misalignment. Servo/stepper motor + touchscreen + PLC programmable control with photoelectric tracking.
