مبدأ العمل
Two stainless-steel cylindrical barrels are joined at an angle to form an asymmetric V. The V body rotates about a horizontal axis at 12 r/min; gravity tumbling repeatedly splits and recombines the charge, while the asymmetric geometry creates cross-flow, producing fast and uniform blending without mechanical stress on particles. Optional forced-mixing stir bar handles agglomerated or wet materials.

After each mixing batch, clean the machine thoroughly. Check bearings regularly and lubricate; lubricate worm reducer regularly. Keep electrical wire connections in good condition. Keep belt and chain operating properly.
