SED-200TSZL-D — Hydraulic Lifting Rotary Granulator

Material in a hopper is loaded onto the lifting fork on the column-mounted slider. A hydraulic station(2.2 kW pump) raises the slider at 20.5–55 mm/s along the 4600 mm column to the discharge height(2000 mm above ground). At top, the flip motor(0.55 kW) tips the hopper, dumping material into the rotary granulator(3 kW), which forces the material through a screen(minimum 1 mm aperture) to produce uniform granules at 200–700 kg/h. Manual column rotation positions the discharge over the receiving vessel.
