مبدأ العمل
Flash drying uses air as the heat/moisture carrier and a fan as the power source. Natural air is filtered, then heated by a steam heat exchanger or coal/oil/gas hot-air furnace and distributed by the flash host's hot-air distributor at a uniform flow rate, forming a cyclonic flow. Wet material from the screw feeder contacts and collides with this cyclone, undergoing rapid heat exchange and separation; the bottom crushing mechanism disperses cake feed for full contact with hot air. A grading ring at the top of the drying tower returns oversize particles to the dryer until acceptable, while in-spec dried fines pass to the gas-solid separator. Smaller fines escaping the cyclone are caught by a high-pressure pulse bag filter(up to 99.8% recovery), and exhaust is drained by the draft fan.
