مبدأ العمل
Water phase(160 L, 12 kW electric heat) and oil phase(100 L, 9 kW jacket with thermal oil) are prepared in their own pots with eccentric wave-disk stirrers(750 W, 1400 rpm) and vacuum-drawn into the main pot. The main pot's electric jacket(9 kW, water-coolable) heats up to 140 °C under PT100 control. A bottom-installed integrated-machined homogenizer head(Siemens motor, 11 kW, 6000 rpm) with double-metal water-circulation Burgmann mechanical seal generates intense shear, achieving 100-170 nm particle size. The frame scraper agitator(3 kW, 0-63 rpm) wipes the wall with PTFE A-grade blades. Vacuum(-0.085 MPa) is held by a Zibo 2BV water-ring pump(3 kW). Discharge by tilt or bottom flat-valve. Hydraulic lid lifting(1.5 kW) with safety interlocks(no lid open under vacuum, no agitator/homogenizer until lid down, jacket overpressure auto-relief, motor overload auto-stop).
