مبدأ العمل
Material is loaded onto 96 baking trays carried by 4 trolleys into an insulated chamber. A 0.9 kW fan circulates 6,900 m³/h of hot air through the selected heat source(steam, hot water, electric, or far-infrared) and through an adjustable air-distribution board. Most hot air recirculates inside the box, achieving high thermal efficiency with ±2 °C top-to-bottom temperature differential. Automatic temperature control regulates the drying process. A built-in dehumidifier mechanism vents moist air when humidity reaches the set value.

Pre-production:(1) Wipe outer surface with clean damp cloth(dust-free). (2) Open machine and wipe internal surfaces with damp cloth.(3) Wipe inside oven with clean cloth then wipe again with 75% industrial alcohol(removes dirt and sterilizes). Post-shift:(1) Wipe all interior and exterior surfaces with clean damp cloth.(2) Wipe inside oven with clean damp cloth then 75% industrial alcohol. Periodic: Check and clean air distribution vanes and circulation airway monthly; clean and replace air filters regularly.
