مبدأ العمل
Material is loaded onto 48 SUS304 baking trays carried by 4 stainless trolleys into the insulated oven. Two 0.45 kW axial-flow fans with inverter drive recirculating air through a gas heater(~100,000 kcal/h) and back through the chamber via an adjustable shutter air distributor. Forced ventilation evens top-to-bottom temperature uniformity; a touch-screen temperature controller(XMTL-7TJ2) maintains set temperature in the 100–250 °C range. A built-in dehumidifier removes excess moisture during drying.
