مبدأ العمل
Two gelatin films are spread, water-cooled and pulled by separately motor-driven rollers. A 12-pillar linear-transmission injection system precisely meters filling material(oil, suspension or paste) into the gelatin film at ±2% accuracy as it converges at the die-roll wedge, forming and sealing capsules. An advanced water-cooling system cools and sets the capsules while a micro-lubrication system minimises oil consumption. Formed capsules are conveyed via an FDA-approved food conveyor belt to the tumble dryer.
