Two gelatin films are spread by separately motor-controlled rollers, cooled by a dedicated water-cooling system, and pulled into the encapsulation zone. Material is dosed into the formed pockets via a 12-port filling pump(0-2 mL each), and the heated wedge plus die rollers seal and cut the softgels. A non-lubricating-oil encapsulation method(no soap-oil rinse step) plus a unique side-cut air-blowing dryer prepare gels for the tumble dryer. PID temperature control accurate to ±0.1 °C.
