SED-200MK-R — SED-200MK-R Fully Automatic Dual-Head Vibratory Counting Machine

Tablets/capsules are loaded into the hopper and fed by two eccentric-screen vibratory heads(adjustable amplitude 0–1.6 mm) onto the counting channel. An optical sensor(no-bottle interlock) detects bottle presence at the filling station; when a bottle is in place, the dual heads simultaneously dispense counted product into the bottle. The no-bottle optical system automatically stops tablet discharge when no bottle is detected — advanced design with reasonable, compact structure. VFD speed regulation allows 20–60 bottles/min. Once the count is complete, the bottle moves on and the next bottle is positioned.
