Thermal mass-flow sensing measures actual mass flow rate of gas directly. LCD shows real-time L/min and Std/min readings along with ambient temperature and pressure. The 4 ms(63% of FS) response time supports closed-loop control and dynamic flow monitoring; low pressure drop minimises back-pressure on the flow loop.
