مبدأ العمل
Vertical form-fill-seal machine driven by a 400 W Inovance Huichuan servo motor for film traction. A color-mark photo-eye reads registration marks on the film to set bag length. Film is shaped over a former and longitudinally heat-sealed, then transversely sealed and cut by AIRTAC pneumatic cylinders. A 750 W bucket elevator(1.8 L hoppers, 3 m³/h) feeds a 10-head combination weigher(100-1000 g, 0.5-1 g, 60-100 bags/min, stepper motor) on a stainless platform; the dose drops through the fill tube into the bag. PLC + HMI store packing parameters for many products; smart Yatai temperature controller delivers clean, flat seals; safety guarding and fault display protect the operator.
