Same eight-station rotary architecture as the SED-200KGD-Y but configured for multi-component/mixed-piece kitting: a bowl-feed elevator hoists bulk product,then six vibration trays orient and feed individual parts to the rotary turret. An integrated control system synchronises the trays,host and downstream checkweigher . Stations: bag pick,code,bag opening,fill,settle,heat seal,shaping,output. Bag-presence and bag-open detection skip fill/seal as needed; alarms on heater fault,low air,overload. On-site installation,commissioning and maintenance service included in price.
