مبدأ العمل
Empty hard gelatin capsules are automatically orientated and opened(cap separated from body). Powder is volumetrically dosed by a three-axis-adjustable dosing plate referenced to the dosing-disc lower plane; the uniform gap ensures consistent fill accuracy. Filled capsules are automatically closed and discharged. An underslung cam with a pressure-atomizing oil pump lubricates the drive mechanism, reducing wear and extending part life. Capsule alignment uses a vacuum positioning mechanism achieving a qualified rate ≥99.9%.
