مبدأ العمل
Roll compaction with vertical conical-screw pre-compression: powder is metered into the main hopper, pre-compressed by a vertical conical screw, and fed into the bite zone of two counter-rotating rollers(Ø120×50 mm), where hydraulic cylinders apply the compaction force. The compacted flake auto-detaches, enters the crusher, passes through the granulator and sieve to yield uniform granules. Fines are returned to the hopper by screw conveyor, completing a closed-loop cycle.
