SED-200BXD-A — Semi-Automatic Glass Bottle Depalletizer

A full pallet of empty glass bottles is forked to the depalletizing station; the de-bottling conveyor pushes the empties onto the main lift table, which lowers layer-by-layer to the discharge platform height(PLC-controlled, photoelectric layer detection); the conveyor pushes the layer of bottles onto the discharge platform and onto a single-line conveyor, completing one layer of depalletizing; the operator manually removes the layer separator; the cycle repeats until the pallet is empty, then the operator removes the empty pallet.
