مبدأ العمل
Biomass pellets are conveyed by a screw feeder(370 W) into the firebox through aΦ426 mm furnace door. A 2.2 kW blower supplies primary combustion air; a 5.5 kW induced-draft fan(380V) draws flue gas through a water-curtain dust collector and theΦ219 mm stainless chimney. Feed water(RO-treated) is delivered by twin vertical pumps(2.2 kW each, 380V) through DN40 inlet flanges; level is maintained by a float valve and twin level gauges. Combustion heat raises the shell-side water to~200-250 °C steam at 1.0 MPa, leaving via twin DN50 steam outlets. Twin pressure controllers, gauges, safety valves, and a water-curtain dust collector ensure safe and clean operation.
