مبدأ العمل
The machine operates under the cutting action of spiral ribbon blades mounted on the main shaft inside a U-shaped trough. Inner and outer double ribbon helices rotate in opposite directions at low speed, forming axial and radial material flows that achieve uniform mixing. The small clearance between the blades and the inner wall of the trough enables effective mixing of sticky or paste-containing materials. The U-trough geometry can also accommodate a jacket for heating or drying.

Pre-production cleaning:(1) Wipe outer machine surfaces with a clean wet towel — clean and dust-free.(2) Open machine and wipe interior with a wet towel — remove dust and dirt.(3) Wipe the material drum with a clean towel, then wipe again with 75% industrial alcohol — sterilise. Post-shift cleaning:(1) Wipe inside and outside machine with a clean wet towel — clean and dust-free.(2) Wipe the material drum with a clean towel, then wipe again with 75% industrial alcohol. Monthly: inspect all machine parts; check moving parts for wear; store in a dry, clean room free of corrosive gases.
