مبدأ العمل
Roller conveyor feeds the loaded pallet into the wrapping position. First cycle: operator threads and clamps the LLDPE stretch film. Subsequent cycles: auto film-feed mechanism feeds film automatically. The 2000mm turntable rotates(VFD, 0–12rpm) while the film carriage travels up and down on a dual-chain column(VFD, 0–56mm/s), applying programmable bottom laps, body wraps, and top laps. Pre-stretch carriage stretches film 2.5× before application, saving material. When wrapping is complete, the heat-wire film cutter severs the film and the welder strip seals the tail. The roller conveyor then automatically transfers the wrapped pallet out; the cycle repeats continuously.
