مبدأ العمل
Single-pressure rotary tablet press: granular raw material from hopper drops via 304 SS force feeder into 5 die holes in 205 cast-iron turret; upper and lower punches simultaneously press the material against fixed compression rollers(single roller pair) at 30 rpm to form 9,000 tablets per hour. Single-side tablet discharge using ZP standard tooling. All transmission devices are inside the machine enclosure.

Pre-production:(1) Wipe outer surface with clean wet towel until dust-free;(2) Open machine and wipe interior with wet towel to remove dust and dirt;(3) Wipe hopper with clean towel then again with 75% industrial alcohol for sterilization. Post-shift:(1) Wipe inside and outside with clean wet towel;(2) Wipe hopper with clean towel then 75% industrial alcohol. After each production run, remove remaining powder and clean all parts. If storing long-term, dismantle all punches and dies, clean whole machine, coat glossy surfaces with anti-rust oil, and cover with cloth.
