مبدأ العمل
When the hopper vibrates, material sinks into the screw inlet. The motor-driven screw conveyor lifts material through the long material pipe to the discharge port positioned above the packaging-machine hopper. A material-level sensor on the packaging machine transmits the signal to its MCU, which starts/stops the feeder to maintain a constant level in the receiving hopper. After a configurable number of packaging cycles, the hoist motor restarts to top up the hopper.

Loosen the discharge-door quick-release clamp and remove the cover plate. Set the switch to clearing position to purge residual material from hopper and pipe. For thorough cleaning: loosen the quick-release clamp joining the two pipe sections, withdraw the screw together with the upper pipe, lay flat, pull the screw out of the pipe, clean thoroughly, then reinstall in reverse order.
