SED-2-1-1FGX-Z dual-head powder filler / stoppering / capping machine. Main machine in a powder-injection(vial) line: meters powder into bottles and seals them. Servo + PLC controls the number of revolutions of a metering screw, giving accurate, repeatable doses with a no-bottle-no-fill interlock. Automatic stoppering and capping produce a tight, smooth, well-formed cap. Rotary turret with dual-head powder filler; screw filler is servo-driven and pairs with a powder feeder that varies infinitely to keep level constant; sealed, easy to disassemble and clean/sterilize, with no dead spots, no leaks, no clogging, smooth running, low noise. Dual-station capper uses three flexible rolling knives with spring-loaded arms and a buffered locking mechanism; force is adjustable; two knives lock the cap rim, two roll a thread matching the bottle thread, producing smooth, burr-free, wrinkle-free seals; no bottle = no cap drop and no rolling. Cap hopper, aluminum-cap mechanical sorter(vibration- and noise-reduced) and tracks are stainless steel; exterior is SUS304. Drop-cap and rolling-cap mechanisms are height-adjustable.
