مبدأ العمل
SED-1ZXD-1 inline vacuum capping machine for glass bottles with tinplate caps(3-, 4-, or 6-thread). Electromechanical design with PLC + photoelectric/fibre sensors handles bottle infeed, vacuum draw, capping and outfeed automatically. No bottle = no vacuum; capping is gated until vacuum reaches 0.06 MPa, eliminating in-bottle oxygen and microbial growth to extend shelf life. Combines auto cap-sorting, cap placement and capping; photo and proximity sensors prevent miss-caps and trigger jam/missing-cap auto-stop alarms. Pneumatic capping head uses air pressure to limit torque(non-friction type) for long service life. Reliable full-seal design lets a low-power vacuum pump reach the target vacuum, which is operator-settable. Production capacity: 15 bottles/min. Targets sauces, vinegar, juices, peanut/sesame/chili paste, canned fruits, and pharmaceutical packaging.
