مبدأ العمل
A 4-segment shell-and-tube heat exchanger(SS304 outer tube phi57, SS316L inner tube phi12) circulates product via a material pump and booster pump. Steam passes through a filter, pressure-reducing valve, and pneumatic control valve into the heating section to bring the product to sterilization temperature(115-135 degrees C). A hold tube maintains the product at the set temperature for the selected hold time(5 s, 15 s, or 30 s). The cooling section uses cooling water to bring the product down to 55-65 degrees C for discharge. PLC + touchscreen control temperature and timing throughout.
