Roll-fed desiccant strip is drawn through guide rollers and a slitting/cutting station by a stepper motor with PLC control. An imported alloy cutter blade severs each individual sachet at the seal between pouches; an Omron photoelectric switch detects pouch position for accurate registration. Standalone mode runs continuously at set speed. Linked mode accepts a 24V external signal(X6) from a downstream filler/capper — each signal pulse triggers one cut and drop into the awaiting bottle. PLC output Y7 inhibits external machine when this unit is off or alarmed.
