Servo motor drives an LX-series cam rotor pump(positive-displacement metering); each revolution displaces a fixed volume; servo PLC pulse control sets fill rate precisely. Piston anti-drip filling valve prevents stringing and dripping. External trigger ports(foot-pedal, photo-eye, proximity switch) enable inline automation. Fill-volume calibration: set speed, fill for 1 s into a cup, weigh it; required weight divided by actual weight, multiplied by panel fill time = required fill time. Fine-tune with speed decimal digits.

التنظيف والصيانة

Pour clean water or cleaning solution into hopper and run at high speed to flush. Before first use, fill the gearbox with lubricating oil — do not start without oil. After filling solids-bearing or oil-water-separating media, flush pump cavity thoroughly. One-button reverse and water flush available on panel.
