SED-1BYG-2 pneumatic semi-automatic vertical rotary-valve hopper filling machine. An air-cylinder-driven piston draws product from the hopper and discharges it through the rotary valve and filling head; pneumatic control
مبدأ العمل
Compressed air drives the piston cylinder. On the intake stroke the rotary valve opens to the hopper and product is drawn into the cylinder. On the discharge stroke the rotary valve switches to the filling nozzle and the piston forces product out. Pneumatic control valves regulate cylinder stroke length(fill volume) and speed. A weight-adjustment handwheel sets fill quantity directly readable from the scale. Both foot-pedal(manual) and automatic modes are supported; switchable without stopping the machine or cutting air supply.

Do not flush the machine body directly with water(risk of damaging internal electrical control components). Clean surface stains with alcohol. Disconnect air supply before disassembling. The material cylinder and stainless-steel rotary valve can be removed and washed. Replace worn O-rings promptly. Drain moisture from the air filter regularly. Do not knock or strike the rotary valve during cleaning.
