مبدأ العمل
The ultrasonic generator converts AC 220 V power to 20 kHz high-frequency electrical energy. The transducer converts this to 20 kHz mechanical vibration, which is transmitted via the tool head to the tube joint surface. Intense frictional heat melts the plastic at the interface; under pneumatic pressure the parts are bonded instantaneously. An integrated trimmer then cuts the excess. Programmable delay, weld, and trim times(0.1–9.9 s each) allow precise tuning for each application.
