مبدأ العمل
The food tray/box is loaded manually onto the sealing station. Upper and lower vacuum chambers close around the tray. The vacuum pump evacuates the chamber; modified-atmosphere gas is then flushed in. A Teflon(PTFE)-coated heated platen descends and seals the lidding film with a diamond-pattern full weld. A precision wire-cut cutter trims the film. The finished pack is ejected upward and removed. Film rewind is auto-registered via a photoelectric eye.
