مبدأ العمل
Process flow: film unwind→ forming frame forming→ film guide→ photoelectric detection→ bottom seal→ vertical seal→ punch cut→ servo film pull→ cutting→ bag open→ open-bag detection→ filling→ cross seal→ finished output. The independent forming system keeps the seal zone free from product during forming, resulting in outstanding seal strength. Servo film pull controls wheel tension precisely(bag length deviation ±0.3mm). Bag opening uses separate positive/negative pressure air paths with one vacuum generator per suction cup set for maximum bag-open success rate. Shaped punch-die mold(micrometer-level control) ensures both sides of shaped bags remain flat, consistent height, and burr-free. PLC control system allows any parameter to be adjusted without stopping the machine. Independent temperature control accurate to ±1°C for cross and vertical seals.
