Bottles travel from air conveyor to rinser via star-wheel; bottleneck-clamps hold and flip them 180° for two-stage internal and external rinse and drain(option 1: dilute disinfectant; option 2: pure water rinse). Rinsed bottles re-flip upright and pass to filler where neck-supported lift opens a gravity valve until return-air port is blocked. Capper uses anti-rotation knife and orbiting/rotating capping heads to grab, seat, and torque caps. Finished bottles exit on conveyor.
