Continuous-cycle thermoforming + punching:(1) Servo unwind(Delta servo via Hiwin ball screw) feeds PVC/PS/PET sheet(435 mm × 0.15–0.5 mm thickness) at 60–180 mm stroke per cycle.(2) Two custom cast-aluminum contact heating plates(2 × 2 kW) heat the sheet to forming temperature.(3) Positive-pressure compressed air(or compression mold) forms the heated sheet into 3D shapes up to 50 mm deep.(4) Hardware mold punching cuts individual formed parts.(5) Formed parts are stacked and discharged; waste web is rewound or chopped by a scrap cutter.
