16-channel three-stage electromagnetic vibratory feeding with full-wave variable-frequency and carbon fiber spring vibration module distributes tablets/capsules evenly across parallel channels. At each channel a CCD camera with proprietary backlight and auto-compensation algorithm captures the projected area of each piece at 1 mm per scan cycle(quad-core ARM processor). Area-based recognition distinguishes whole tablets, halves, doubles, and fragments. MAC/FESTO gate solenoid valves and cylinders control small-gate diversion and intermediate pre-store gate. Bottle presence/jam detection by Sick photoelectric sensors. Motorized height adjustment for different bottle sizes. Full-process image data stored to 32 GB memory card with precision clock; viewable via HMI or remotely after WiFi connection.
