SED-16S-A — Automatic 16-Channel Electronic Tablet Counting Machine

Pharmaceutical granules are loaded into the top hopper. Primary and final vibratory feeders are adjusted so that the bulk material in the hopper is progressively formed into continuous linear streams along vibrating trough plates, sliding down to the discharge port, then falling one by one into the detection channels. Using the photoelectric effect, the working signals generated when granules pass through the infrared dynamic scanning sensors are input to a high-speed microprocessor(MCU), realizing counting via electronic and mechanical coordination. Every 8 channel lanes of granules fall into one discharge port; the set quantity of granules is fully dispensed into the bottle.
