مبدأ العمل
Continuous-cycle thermoforming line: 1) Servo-driven sheet feed pulls roll/sheet(PET/PS/PVC/PE/PP, 0.1-1.2mm) into the heating zone at infinitely-adjustable feed length. 2) 27-group radiation tiles heat the sheet to forming temperature with each tile zone individually controlled by RKC controllers and Aoyi Electronic system. 3) Upper and lower hydraulic cylinders close the dual-cylinder press(sync or independent) for fast, stable mold close. 4) Vacuum forming or pressure forming creates the tray cavities(max 70mm depth). 5) Water-cooled aluminum guide rails carry the formed sheet through cooling. 6) Demold; integrated punch and knife unit cuts holes and trims edges in the same cycle. 7) Counter and stacker accumulate finished trays. PLC sequences all stages with HMI parameter access.
