Pneumatic cylinder drives piston back-and-forth motion, opening and closing check valves for product metering. The piston stroke is adjusted to precisely control flow. Film roll is formed into a bag tube; semi-fluid product is metered and filled; colour-mark sensor ensures precise registration for sealing and cutting; horizontal and vertical heat-seal bars(heating tubesΦ8) complete the seal.
