مبدأ العمل
Bottles via conveyor→ POM delivery screw→ large star disc enters filling station; filling needles travel in circular motion with bottles, needles rise slowly during filling to minimise liquid impact force, preventing foaming and dripping; 316L plunger pump completes metered filling; vibrating disc auto-sorts caps down chute to capping station; 16 magnetic/constant-torque capping heads complete capping during rotation, magnetic force adjusts torque. No-bottle-no-fill, no-bottle-no-cap protection.
