مبدأ العمل
Clean bottles delivered by bottle unscrambler→ distributing star wheel arranges bottles in order→ bottles advance via track into large turntable under filling heads→ 16 filling heads descend, piston pumps(ceramic metering) dispense set volume→ filling heads rise→ bottles transfer to cap placement station→ cap placed→ bottles enter 12-head rotary screw-capping station for smooth, tight screw-capping→ discharge. Servo + VFD control, proximity switches provide real-time feedback for no-bottle-no-fill and bottle-shortage/pile-up alarm stops.
