Inline three-station packaging:(1) case erector forms the carton from a flat blank,(2) packer picks groups of bottles(1 head × 3 bottles) and places them into the erected case,(3) case sealer closes and tapes the carton. Variable-speed gearmotors and infeed conveyor synchronize throughput; sensors detect product position and trigger speed adjustment, alarms, and auto correction.
