Potatoes lifted via stone-settling water trough to remove sand→ 9-roller brush washer/peeler with imported nylon brushes(continuous spiral discharge) → manual sorting line→ lift→ blade slicer(1-3 mm) → air-bubble rinse to remove starch→ electric blancher 60-85°C with insulation, integrated lift for cleaning→ vibration sieve→ air-knife drainer(snail fans) — fast water removal prevents oil splash→ continuous fryer 0-220°C electric heat 120 kW with feeding paddle, top floating mesh, output mesh, oil filtration→ second vibration sieve→ air-cooled de-oiler→ rotary drum seasoner with auto sprinkle, tilt-adjustable 50-100 mm→ conveyor to 10-head auto packer(back-seal pouches from film roll).
