Water-phase pre-tank(60 L, SUS316L 4 mm inner / SUS304 3 mm outer) with 0.75 kW dispersion(VFD 0–1400 rpm) and steam heating. Oil-phase pre-tank(60 L, all-SUS316L: 4 mm inner / 3 mm outer) similarly. Both vacuum-sucked into 200 L main emulsifier vessel. Bottom homogenizer(Siemens 4 kW, 0–3000 rpm VFD, SUS316L laser-cut rotor/stator) shears emulsion. Frame-and-scraper agitator(PTFE scraper, 2.2 kW VFD, 0–120 rpm, single-direction with deflector blades) wipes vessel walls. Vacuum −0.09 MPa(Tingwei 2.37 kW water-ring pump). Hydraulic lift opens lid(1.5 kW). Discharge via vessel tilt or bottom valve.
