مبدأ العمل

Most hot air recirculates inside the oven to improve heat transfer efficiency and save energy. Forced ventilation reduces the top-to-bottom temperature gradient. An adjustable air distributor(fan blade) at the delivery side can be field-tuned by the customer. Two SS316L trolleys loaded with 48 baking pans are placed in the oven cavity; doors are pneumatically sealed; the 15 kW electric heater and 0.45 kW axial fan run until the target temperature is reached.
