The shrink-sleeve film is pulled from the roll by a Panasonic 750 W servo-driven label-feeding unit. A mandrel opens the flat sleeve into a tubular shape. A Panasonic 400 W servo-driven rotary cutter then cuts the sleeve to the programmed length. The cut sleeve falls over / is placed onto the container. A Sunx high-speed fiber optic sensor detects the label color mark for precise positioning, while Sunx photoelectric sensors(CX-421, CX-442, PM-L44) detect bottles and label presence. The Panasonic PLC(FPX-C40T) with Weintek HMI(MT6070-MT) coordinates all motion via a Panasonic VFD-driven conveyor. After sleeving, bottles enter the SED-RS-R electric heating shrink tunnel(ceramic heating elements + circulation fan, dual adjustable temperature zones) for uniform shrinkage.
